"Pharmacy manager INCOMPETENT and careless in managing the store! I made an appointment days ahead for a Covid test at the drive through window. I was not able to get the test because the store manager left a trainee employee without proper log-in access and training to conduct Covid test. The pharmacy manager knew there will be patients with Covid tests appointments scheduled that day, and still decided to put that young trainee in a stressful situation, and completely disservice patients who were already suffering from Covid. That also caused the regular pharmacy drive-trough customers tom wait in a long line at the drive through, while the trainee was trying to reach the manager over the phone. Manager never answered the phone. The one experienced pharmacy employee was assisting the instore customers and not available to help with the drive through Covid tests. A competent, responsible pharmacy/store manager would not put the patients, customers and employees in such difficult situation. And not answer the phone when called by employees either. Shame!"

"Horrible customer service. I frequent CVS, but the first time to this location, specifically for a Covid test. I waited 2 hours in their Pharmacy drive thru. When I noticed the person at the window hadn't been attended to after they were waiting for 30 minutes, I called the store. The first time, I got disconnected. The second time, I got a person. The woman said the computers were down and they were backed up. I explained that I was waiting for two hours and no one had come out to relay that information to us. Interestingly enough, before waiting in line at the drive thru, I went in to the pharmacy to ask about the Covid test and no mention of computers being down. After the lady explained the computers were down, I commented how the woman a few cars in front of me had been waiting for 30 minutes with no assistance, she argued with me, trying to tell me that she was indeed being helped. When pressed about how long it would take to get the test, she just said the computers "are slowly coming up". I'm in IT and completely understand computer malfunctions. What I don't understand is the concern for my time, a customer who had a scheduled appointment, waiting there. I would strongly recommend trying another branch before coming here. I have another appointment at another CVS tomorrow. I do hope it is a better experience."
