"I’ve been coming here for ten years and it’s been an overall good experience. They’re very accommodating especially when you’re running late. I do find that I’ve had a lot of fillings over the last three years but I’m sure it’s just because my teeth are getting old."

"Nice office, service is ok but they charge so higher than any other dental offices. They care more about their money than the service. I am going to that office from 2007 with my family. My kids used to like the office arrangement, play room a lot. That’s why I never think to change it. During my elder daughter’s braces they put me in trap took money from my pocket even though they were paid from my GEHA federal insurance. Last week I took my wife for cleaning and she had also tooth pain which was from her wisdom teeth, what needed to be taken out she needed tooth extraction. The pain was severe but they had only available appointment on January last week. They didn’t even wanted to expedited nor they didn’t suggest or refer me to another office to do as emergency. They charge me totally $375.0 asked me to pay $175 .00 in advance just to book the appointment. They also asked me to pay full amount and after they got paid from my insurance they would refund me money. If they would do that on the same day or next day I would do that too. But my wife needed to do it asap. I googled and find one office near my area and they did it the next day in first appointment with them . I had to pay the new dental office for the same extraction only $65.00 from my pocket and rest money they charge to my insurance. It was total $180.00, their charge. Just think about it my whole family (4 members) going to them for 15 years and they don’t believe my insurance and was not interested to suggest nor refer me to do urgently to any other offices. They care about their money. So bad experience. I realised that I shouldn’t stay with them that so long time and paid them so many money due to my dental services."

"I’ve been a patient at ACD since 2017 and I can genuinely say that my experience has been positive. There were some hiccups here and there with the appointment rescheduling but I also understand it was at the time of COVID and their short of staff. The dentists here are thorough and caring. I met with a few Dr Kim, Dr Lee, Dr Pham.I like that they have the specialists in house so I didn’t have to look around for my root canal and such. The support staff are friendly and contribute to the positive atmosphere. Highly recommend ACD to any one looking for a dental home! Ps: I appreciate the free patient parking as well :)"

"Per usual, great customer service across the board- from my check-in to my check-out. I would also recommend asking for Aaron- he did a great job cleaning my teeth. He was so gentle and knowledgeable that I requested him for my next cleaning. Last but definitely not least, always love the decor of ADC. No matter what season I come in it is always decorated for the season. Makes me always feel happy and warm!"

"I am finally writing a review in hopes that it will help someone avoid this dentist office. They are unprofessional and recommend work that is not needed. I should have gotten a second opinion but did not, after sending dental x-rays elsewhere, years later, I find I did not in fact, need a crown. Additionally, when the crown was placed, I noted it was incredibly sore and uncomfortable, and even went back months later to try to get it fixed, but got a generic response that "this is normal." Well, it is not normal - its shoddy work - these dentists dont know what they are doing and perform expensive procedures to pad their pocket books. I am now anxious at the dentist and have had a myriad of issues with this crown they placed because, in a shocking turn of events, they did it ALL wrong. RUN FROM THIS PLACE."
