"I had a bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place. It's better to avoid it and look for other walk-in options. In July 2023, I made a payment of $1045 for an X-ray and the removal of two wisdom teeth ($95 initially and an additional $950) via my credit card. Due to the unavailability of an updated insurance card at the time of the visit and challenges in finding insurance through my social security number, I was left with the dilemma of enduring pain or making an immediate payment. I paid upfront for service and also provided my insurance information the next day for reimbursement. The office successfully claimed the insurance, receiving $757 within two weeks. Since I paid the full amount upfront, I must get a refund of $757. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I have been waiting for seven months to receive my refund. Despite multiple interactions with the office, including a recent conversation with Saba, the office receptionist, my issue remains unresolved. The lack of progress is becoming increasingly frustrating and dissatisfying. Obtaining a clear timeframe or direct contact information for their billing office has proven challenging. The provided phone number for the billing department appears to be discounted, and attempts to reach them via email have been unsuccessful. Each time I've contacted this office, I've been advised to wait for the refund processing, with the explanation that the local office has no control over the refund and cannot provide updated contact information for the management or billing department to address the matter. Regrettably, due to the prolonged delay and lack of resolution, I have taken the step of involving credit fraud entities and reaching out to legal representatives. I will keep you posted on any developments."
