"I was hesitant about writing a review while I still am being serviced here but today made me go for it. I've been going to the Baltimore location for a little over 2 years. When I first made an appointment I was giving a date, then was called in at a sooner date and the day of that date, the office called to ask to reschedule my visit. I declined but that is the first sign I should have paid attention to. Secondly, when you first walk in, it feels dark, unpleasant and ALL the staff except for the lady at front desk seems unhappy. The turnover rate makes you think there's something illegal going on and ALL of the workers are "new out of school" and has no experience nor supervision while they are performing. Every once in a while the Doctor would check their work. The whole entire office seems to always be on edge and uncomfortable. One girl who worked there told me Dr Ravi doesn't know how to speak to her employees. The lady at the front desk over compensate and be extremely nice because she's knows the darkness of that office. I was quoted 5800 for 21 months, for everything. I got approved for care credit for 6300 and surprisingly my bill jumped to 6300. When I asked about the increase I was told the price has always been 6300. Of course I couldn't find my original paper work and the lady who did my paper work is no longer there. I never received impression of my teeth, only x-rays. Now I'm being told I will have to pay 180 dollars a month if I go past January. I know my teeth should have been done by now as I only had a few small ares to fix according to the doctor. They used the same wire and strength on my upper teeth for months and months. I asked the doctor why I didn't see a small change and was told it takes time. I have never missed an appointment and I recently missed one and was giving 3 weeks away. This office will not accommodate you or at least people who look like me. I am planning to report these and other findings to the BBB. I know something illegal is going on and I have contact with a former employee. Please be ware of this practice. The smiles are forced and the employees are inexperienced and unhappy."
