I was greeted with rude, mean-spirited, passive-aggressive behavior that was uncalled for by both techs behind the counter. I used to work in customer service, and if I told a customer they were infamous or alluded to the customer they were a giant, unnecessary burden, I would have been rightfully fired from that job. Do not use this pharmacy! The staff needs to be retrained in basic customer service etiquette."
