"I've been here twice, the first time a dentist came in an hour late and said to call him Al (first name I guess?). So he gets excited that I need a root canal, and when I tell him I have to stop eating sticky candy he says "no keep eating it, you give me a job." I'm hoping it was a joke, but it was in poor taste considering I was almost in tears looking at the price of the root canal. His bedside manners werent the best. The second time i came, i went to a different dentist. She was nice, gentle and hard working. Only thing is, she filled my cavity but theres still a bit of pain. Also, the front desk staff was a bit rude each time...I would recommend seeing the female dentist I saw, she had great bed side manners and treated me with respect and dignity."

"My sister in law had a dental emergency. She was about to travel abroad and was in pain. Although we live more than 50 miles from Dental Health Associates, I knew that they were the only dentists I could trust. I called them on an emergency basis and requested an appointment. My sister in law was able to travel the following day. She was extremely happy with the service. I would recommend them highly for any dental needs."

"Dr. Centty is such an amazing dentist and Hillandale Smiles is a great place! I recommend Dr. Centty to everyone. If you go for the first time, you will go again, it is truly a dental home. Every person I have encountered in the office was friendly, helpful, and caring. Dr. Centty takes her time with patients and really gets to know them, remembering small details about a family vacation discussed at the last visit 6 months ago or a special occasion celebrated. This is what makes you love going to the dentist! It's not just about having a cleaning done or a filling done, it's the positive atmosphere you feel everytime you go see Dr Centty. They explain in detail everything being done, what needs to be done, the rate and estimate amount insurance covers. Obviously, insurance coverage is a contract between the patient and the insurance company so it is the patient's responsibility to know their own coverage but the front office helps as best as they can. It is a peaceful atmosphere where ALL the employees work together. Also VERY Clean! Something I always look for when going to any medical office. I would highly recommend Dr. Centty!"

"This dentist office is not honest. My income is limited and budgeted so I asked that we only do what is covered by my dental insurance. At the start of the appointment, the dentist understood this and limited the x-rays taken to match my insurance plan. When the bill came, there were items on the bill that were not covered by insurance. The office management used demeaning tactics "if you are that kind of person" to try to get me to pay, even though I was clear that I only wanted covered services. I was told that I had to pay or I should not come back. I agreed that I would never come back to Dental Health Associates. Ivonne Centty was pleasant, maybe she should move her services to a dental group with honest management?"
