"Dr. Mo is always welcoming.Staff are amazing and always friendly. What sets this time aside from the staff and Dr mo’s welcoming vibe is their accommodation. I had an appointment set already but work demanded my presence so I needed to cancel my appointment but staff at tlc modern dentistry squeezed me in somehow so I could be seen on the same day. Totally appreciative of what they did. It may not be always that way but this time I am grateful. I only wish that Dr. Mo can have at least 2 days in a week he can accommodate his beloved patients instead of just Thursdays. O well that’s life but grateful with my experience of squeezing me in for an appointment. Another visit to TLC Modern Dentistry LLC October 2023. A week prior to my appointment I received a reminder via text. Replied to it that my appointment may change and if I can make it , tentative. I got a reply stating not worry and just let the know if the appointment needs to reschedule. Wow, now that is customer service. All this is just through text. Very convenient and I did not interrupt while I was working I reply only when the time I was free. To me that is a rating 5 out of 5! I didn’t feel pressured to answer a call and communication via text is convenient. Who has time to check their emails now? Most of it are unsolicited pesticide emails. The same is true to the phone calls most phone calls are outright annoying. And of course Dr. Mo always welcoming and accommodating to the sensitivity of my teeth. Again, can’t say enough but to highly recommend this place. All staff are amazing as well. Keep it up!!!!"

"I am really shocked that so many people have given this place good reviews. I chose to go here for a cleaning based off of the review ratings but I had the complete opposite care than everyone else. I even heard a guy in the next chair over complaining about how the dentist messed up his teeth and the dentist was saying it was fine but the customer was saying he wasn’t happy with the dentists job. The cleaning the dentist did was not very good and then when the assistant was flossing my teeth at the end, she didn’t even bring the floss down to my gum line. She basically tapped my teeth with the floss instead of actually flossing. I was so upset with the service that I ended up going back to my old dentist the next day for a cleaning and the reason I didn’t do that before was because I changed insurance and I ended up paying a lot of money for a cleaning at my old dentist and I was telling them about my bad experience with TLC and even they said that TLC Modern Dentistry are like scammers. They just want the money from insurance and don’t do a good job."
