From the person that checks you in upon entering to all the various elements they have to entertain your child while you wait to the warm and friendly staff, I was amazed. it is clearly an extremely busy practice but the way that they handle patients so professionally, you don't really "feel" like a number there. I asked about the service during the visit because it was clear they had been trained somewhere. Shelly told me some of the things that they do around customer service. I was very impressed. My son was afraid when we got there. After we left, he wanted to call my husband to tell him what a great time he had at the dentist today. Thoroughly impressed!"
