"This is the worst dental office I’ve ever worked with. Before you visit, make sure you record every single thing. They are extremely incompetent when it comes to what you pay. They have a hard time clearly communicating or even understanding the patient. That’s just the front desk….the dentist?! Dr Cousins does not care about your dental health. At all. She doesn’t. She’s just trying to get paid. I went in for a crown for my front tooth. She did not explain the process to me. I have been trying to get my crown fixed for over a month when this should have been a 2 week process- the temporary tooth they provide will chip and come out after a week. They do not do in-house bleaching and if you asked 2 of the techs how to use the kit, you will get 2 different answers. I had to drive over an hour from my home to get the correct shade for my crown because Dr Cousins doesn’t do it in-house. She also did not tell me that prior to me paying her. And I think that was on purpose. Because I would not have gotten this service if I knew I had to travel over an hour to get it done when her office is 10 mins from my home. They will add extra charges and try to bill your insurance without telling you. Make sure you ask for a ledger and I’m sure you will have some sort of discrepancy. This is the most inconsistent, incompetent office I have ever worked with. Do not waste your time."
