"I wish I could give this place zero stars, but one will suffice. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment and at first, the receptionist refused to schedule the appointment because I could not provide my insurance information which was strange because I have NEVER had to provide insurance information to schedule an appointment. While I was trying to locate my information, she hung up. I called back and provided my insurance information, shared the purpose of my visit and thought everything would be okay upon my arrival. When I arrived for my appointment, everything seemed to go well until I went to the back room. I was informed that they required approval before they can proceed with the procedure and approval will take up to a week and I would have to return next week. I questioned that information, because once again, I’ve never heard of anything like that before. She told me that I can call the insurance myself for approval. I asked her why couldn’t she call and confirm since it’s normally the responsibility of the doctor’s office to verify information, but instead of an answer, she walked off. I called the insurance company and sure enough, the information she provided was false: approvals are given within 24 hours. I’m relaying this information back to her just for her to walk away again and return stating they’re going to refer me out because it’s a difficult procedure. Please note, when I called initially to describe the issue, I was informed they could do it. When they gave me an X-ray, I was informed they could do it. But after I did their job and questioned the validity of her claims, all of a sudden they can no longer do it? I will NEVER go back and I will be reporting the practice as well."

Everyone on his staff is friendly, provides outstanding customer service, and is professional. I love the two receptionists “Blanca and Chad” they always greet and assist the patients making everyone feel welcome❤️. If you’re looking for a good dentist’s office this is the place in Silver Spring, MD."
