"Modern dentistry in Herndon VA might be a good place for performing the simple dental procedures but not right for doing implants and dentures. The doctors don’t have much of experience needed for this kind of procedures. They would drag the patients for a very long time and they just try to collect money upfront. I had my lower teeths extracted 3 months ago. They had promised to have a temporary denture ready on that day or a few days later but I had it in wait for a couple weeks and when I received it was awful. It was so big that the doctor agreed that it needed to be replaced. I had it to wait for another 2 weeks and when I received it it was not a good fit either. They use the cheapest materials to make it with no accuracy at all. If is very uncomfortable They have not followed up with me for the next step which it would be preparing my gum and bones for the implants. When I call them to ask for the procedure, I have to live a messages with their switch board and most of the time I don’t receive a call back until a few days later. They really not sure what to tell me. They have a couple receptionists but no office manager. The owner is in Las Vegas area I have tried to complain to him through his office employees but he has not returned my call. I have voicemail my complaint to their office and the doctors I have been in contact with and so far haven’t seen any changes. If they don’t take care of me in the next few days I will have no choice except to take some other actions."

"Went it for a simple cleaning. They suggested getting other dental work done. I told them no thank you, they kept insisting I need my mouth numb for a cleaning and other extra work they added on without properly explaining. I paid the amount but will never go back."

The lead DA Kennya went far and beyond to help with my sensitivity so I could have my cleaning. The Hygienist Madina was so patient and my cleaning was fantastic. Kindness is the best gift to give to people with sensory issues. Thank you ladies. I am definitely coming back to this office"
