"The hygienist is great, but I am definitely not happy with their communication level , as my insurance with my ex employer expired and I still went there to show my loyalty as a customer, they later called me back and requested for a full payment for 500 for deep cleaning, not only that, when I assured them on the phone if this is the full payment for everything and they indicated YES, however 2 months later they called me back to request another payment for about 400 bucks for another basic cleaning. I don’t understand why their service is so poor and not aware of that, I feel bad for their loyal customers just because they are incapable of handling good communication in between them and insurance company. Very pathetic."

Dr. Murthy and her team/staff/personnel are really nice, friendly and personable. Dr. Murthy performed the cleaning while one other person on her team helped with the suction device etc... Highly recommend and looking forward to future appointments/visits!"

"I never write Google Reviews, but Dulles Dental Center deserves 5 stars!! Dr. Lam is by far my favorite dentist I have ever had (and his assistant is wonderful as well)! He is so personable, knowledgeable, and helped me understand everything going on. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!!!"
