"I'm no longer taking my child to this horrible dentistry. The oral surgeon there was asking my daugther standard questions right before she got her wisdom teeth pulled. Once she told him her weight, he said with a smirk, "Oh, we got a tiny one here." He made my daughter uncomfortable the entire time, especially when he started unzipping her vest without her consent and touching her in weird places that weren't necessary to put on the required equipment. Why would I willingly take my child to a place where she's scared she will be assaulted? Edit: I forgot to mention that we had to wait over half an hour past our scheduled appointment time. I understand that these things happen, but this has happened twice for us now and we were never offered an apology."
"Really like the dental side but the orthodontic side I was unhappy with. My son grinds his teeth so the dental side referred me to the orthododontic side. The experience felt like I was at a used car dealership. They shuffle you in and out and put you in a room to talk you into 1 of their High dollar payment plans. Not once did they ask why we were there. Eventually I had to tell him we were there for a mouth guard, which they told me they don't do. Instead they told me I needed to pay over $4000 to get him invisalign, and then $6,000 for braces once he's done with that. It was a huge waste of my time. All they care about is getting money from people"
"I have had a bad experience with this practice since they changed ownership. I have yet to have an appointment proceed as scheduled--for both of my daughter's most recent appointments, I received text messages from the office telling me that the appointment had been rescheduled and that I would need to call and find another time. For one of those appointments, they canceled and I rescheduled only to then cancel the rescheduled appointment. The practice has not apologized for their unprofessional behavior. At the very least, the courtesy of a phone call to make rescheduling easier would have been appreciated. Now that my daughter's appointment has been canceled with no explanation again yet again, I'm done--I'll be finding a different practice."
"I had my last visit today, having gotten braces whilst in my 60s. I started with Dr Apt and finished with Dr Ghatri and my experience has been amazing. Dr Ghatri and the staff (including the amazing Ian G today), have been very professional, supportive and thorough. I never expected to get braces at this age (for the second time in my life) but I am so pleased with the outcome and appreciate this office for their hard work. Thank you !"
"UPDATE: The practice mailed me a card with a handwritten apology. I was impressed and that was very much appreciated. It feels like they are customer focused, but perhaps, that was a bad day... Original review: I took time off work to bring my kids in. I drove about 45 minutes to get there, and made sure to make it in early because that’s what you do. I waited 20 minutes before having to ask what’s going on and was told it would just be a moment. 10 minutes later, I saw people leaving that came in after we did. I decided to cancel my appointments and leave the practice entirely. The staff was nice, courteous, and the place was very clean and inviting, however, they dropped the ball in the customer service department and lost 2 customers. ✌️"
