"I’m not sure which receptionist I spoke with on the phone to try and schedule a route canal but I will not be using this practice for my procedure. I called this morning 7/12/23 around 930am to schedule a route canal while on my break from work. The receptionist immediately started rapid firing questions at me and sounded frustrated with me when I couldn’t understand what she was asking. Admittedly, I did not have the referral from my dentist ready for the phone call. This interaction was terrible customer service. As someone who has worked in a medical office environment I appreciate that while you might do this type of work day in and day out, your patients do not. You might be having a bad day at work or at home, but don’t take it out on the people calling to schedule a medical procedure. I’ve never had a route canal before and not ashamed to admit that I’m nervous, I will be calling an Endodontist office that is welcoming and willing to take my call."

"INCREDIBLE STAFF!! I felt so at home and comfortable with each person I came into contact with at this office. From the time of making the appointment with Joe (Joe was kind enough to allow me to schedule a 2nd root canal in the same day), getting my X-ray taken by Andrew, sitting with Debbie the Dental assistant/hygienist prepping for my procedure. And of course Dr. Hariri! Such a warm, kind, sweet man! Very, very gentle! He treated my procedure like an art and took his time and was very precise and meticulous. I had 2 root canals at the same time, could you imagine the anxiety? Well, that went away very quickly, the staff undoubtedly made me feel so comfortable. This is definitely the place I will return to get work endodontic work done."
