"I have a real phobia of going to the dentist from past experiences from being in the military and even as a child however, Family Dental of Bel Air really made my experience with them one of the best I’ve had if not the best. Ms. Carmen listened to my concerns along with Dr. Strapp as well as answered every question. The front office clerk took care of me and made sure to let me know of everything my insurance covered. My overall experience was a 5 star experience and I have no problem giving my strong recommendation . Thank you again to Carmen and Dr. Strapp."

"I must say easily the worst experience ever. While the dental work and the dentist and hygienists are very good the office staff is easily the most inept and unprofessional I’ve seen. I was to have a crown, the office person brought in a paper to sign showing cost. Signed it and was billed more, when I questioned it was told it would be returned. After waiting several weeks it was returned. They could take the money immediately but for some reason I had to wait on my money due to their mistake. Fast forward. Over a month ago I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and X-rays. Called back a few weeks later to confirm the date was told there was no appointment. I understandably was not happy and advised that at this point I had a chipped tooth and was told this time no appointments for a month, BUT she would contact the doctor to see if since it was an emergency if I could be fit in. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! Called again and NEVER get anyone have to leave a voicemail and they call while I’m working and conveniently they close at 3pm. What kind of hours are these? I’d recommend staying far away unless the entire front office is fired and replaced. Read other reviews and they will back my sentiments. The one star is for the dentist and the hygienists. If there was a negative for the office staff I’d leave that for them."
