"Office was closed due to power outage and NEVER CALLED TO INFORM US. We showed up for an appointment and a hand written note was on the door. My time wasted and hours missed from leaving work early to make the appointment. With today's technology, they should have had the resources to inform their patients on the day of the outage. Then, when re-scheduling I asked if they could "accommodate an evening or Saturday appointment for us, due to us already taking off work and showing up for our appointment (since we knew nothing about them being closed) and they told me they could not."
