"Office very neat and clean. My first implant visit went well Dr. kim did a really good job. How ever the follow up staff didn’t do well. I left with no discharge instructions. The office did not answer any calls after my surgery. I had to call corporate to get a returned phone call reminding the office about my follow up appointment because no one called like they said they would. My most recent appointment the staff member consistently asked me about changing my time after telling her multiple times I couldn’t. If I could have had my primary dentist finish I would because I'm ready to be done with this office."

"My appointment was for 8, I wasn’t seen until 8:30, I didn’t leave until a hour later. So it made me feel as though my time wasn’t valued. The staff was friendly and kind so it kind of made up for my time. Dr. Bell was straight to the point, as a new pt I felt as though, she should’ve engaged more with me. Overall the experience was a 3 out of 5. Hopefully my next experience is better, because my insurance is covered under their office."
