"Love this local family run business! We had to reschedule multiple times, but I appreciate that they kept us safe. The wait was worth it! Incredible experience and community; Tony, Dawn, Ken, and Crew really make you feel part of the team. They are all so kind and thoughtful. Bonus points for asking for proof of vaccine before sharing close quarters with us. Definitely recommend!"

"My husband and I went on a sunset balloon ride last night . It was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking. Our pilot, Tony, was so professional and skillful. He answered all of our questions and shared with us his love of ballooning since he was a child. We booked with Dawn who was wonderful. So kind and friendly. She was so apologetic when our ride had to be rescheduled because of weather or smoke but we totally understood. We wanted to wait for the perfect night and it was last night. We enjoyed visiting with Phil and Pat. Their ballooning stories were so amusing. We were so surprised by how many chasers and crew were needed to get Rachel's Dream in the air. It was evident by their camaraderie how much they love what they do. When we left last night we felt like we have known this family all of our life. We can't wait to go for another ride."

"Wasn’t overly impressed. Kept trying to schedule a flight but there were hardly any available flights and whenever we did schedule, the pilot canceled last minute due to weather. This would have been completely understandable if the company was more accommodating or gave us a refund. After the pilot canceled for the second time we asked for a refund but were told that no, unfortunately they do not offer refunds for weather cancellations. Be warned that they cancel for wind, heat and fog!"

"We signed up for the morning flight. The staff was very professional and took our safety as priority (we had to postpone our flight twice due to fog). We ended up flying during the fall foliage so it was definitely worth the wait! Morning flights have a higher risk of being canceled, I have seen people who drove 3 hours to get here only to be sent home due to fog. But if you don't mind the drive and want an amazing view, I would definitely recommend the morning flights!"
