"They told me I had a tooth infection that I DID NOT HAVE, and that I needed a root canal. I was experiencing tooth pain and figured I had a cavity. Went in for an appointment and without properly examining me or ever seeing me before, the dentist assured that my face was swollen and I had an infection that would require a root canal. They took x rays and said that it was indeed a tooth infection, I was confused because the pain was bad but not that bad. I was on a heavy round of antibiotics which was rough on its own, when I went to the endontologist they referred me to for the root canal, he was incredibly confused and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tooth. He then asked me some questions like any doctor should and we determined that the pain was from teeth grinding and stress. I wasted sooo much time and money and got no apology for any of it. Really bad"

"I went there 3 years ago and the staff was nice except this old lady at the register. She looked like she was in her late 50's or early 60's. She was so unprofessional and Ghetto. She kept making jokes as if I was broke. She's African American. I had tell her to stop and my denture were so uncomfortable, I have to take them out of my mouth to eat and couldn't talk well. So beware, I don't recommend this place. This office is owned by a African American lady."
