Dr. Shats quickly made space in his busy schedule to see me and immediately identified a wisdom tooth riddled with cavities. Extraction by him went smoothly and painlessly! I am so glad I got a second opinion from him. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and was very kind and understanding throughout the entire appointment. "I really hate going to the dentist, as most people do. But my experience here is always a pleasant one. Their staff is always very friendly and accommodating, and the do provide the best service. The doctor is very skilled and and gets the job done quickly and virtually pain free. Never before had I ever seen someone extract teeth so quickly and seemingly effortlessly. Dr. Shats works very quickly, but effectively. He literally extracted a tooth in under a minute. The only part of the procedure that took any time at all was the numbing portion - maybe 10 minutes. After he extracted the tooth, I was told to wait approximately 5-10 min so they could monitor the blood clotting. Then I paid and went on with my day. They are all really good people, and they know what they are doing. My wife and I trust them completely. And while we truly detest the parking, we both highly recommend the doctor."
