"The service department is horrible! Appointment was 2 weeks away. Drop my car off for my appointment 10/25 rep say we will call you MAYBE Friday. Next they charge the customer an additional fee of $150 for having to do their job of calling extended warranty companies. Why not charge the warranty company? I understand they have long hold times but the customer brought the warranty to help with cost now you charge me for you having to wait. I will be without my car no rental without having to pay a deposit. They no longer do loaners! At least get me a rental at my cost without the deposit. Damn!"

"While the price was more that I initially anticipated... it was more due to my vehicle than uncharge. Bottomline, my car got fixed here in a hurry after leaving me broke down over an hour from home! Very friendly and honest service!"

"I was always very pleased with service at Chapman Service till this week. The technicians are wonderful but unfortunately I was trapped by a service writer who had little interest on the truth. A horrible experience was forced on me by the writer because they had no respect for anyone and I could not get any contact with management to show them the documented fallacies. I will never spend another nickle at Chapman. What a shame, because they have the best techs."

"Intake wasn't too bad. There was a gentleman who met me at my car provided a few details and I have to walk in to get the remaining details of service. My intake representative was pleasant. I realized she had a few details and some knowledge different from when I called in. So training and understanding should be crossed trained. Once we was complete she showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area is very bland... about 10 seating chairs. A wifi station. Table 2 chairs in the corner with books. 3 vending machines and thats it. Free water cooler in the back and the area overall is clean."
