"I've only had one appointment so far out of many needed for some dental issues. My first impression was very good. Polite staff, nice facilities, and the dentist/other workers spent time answering questions. I appreciate that they gave me a printout of my treatment plan so I'm not surprised by numerous appointments or unexpected procedures/costs. They also gave me a discount because I didn't have dental insurance at the time, and they performed my initial exam including x-rays for free. Additionally, they have many offices so they are convenient. It's easier to make a rush-appointment if you don't mind driving to a farther clinic compared to a smaller practice with one schedule. You are more likely to be close to one of their offices too since they have multiple locations. I had a negative experience with my previous dentist because they did the opposite of what I just described. The dentist rushed me, the staff were uninformed, and none of the procedures or plans were explained properly to me. After going through that experience, I appreciate how Aspen handled my first appointment. 4/5 stars because Aspen referred me to another practice for a root canal, so Aspen isn't a one-stop shop. They will however install my crown after my root canal with a different clinic."
