He is so patient & listens to your concerns. He gives the dirty truth but follows up with a good solution. Never any pressure to do anything. The “A” practice down the road was my worse nightmare. The office personnel are just as amazing!!!!!!"

"Disclaimer: personal experience, it may not occur to everyone: When I move into the area about 2 years ago, I transfer from their Columbia office into Westminster and had an initial amazing, free of trouble, experience. About a year and half after, I started to experience problems with their scheduling system. After a few fail attempts to get the problem resolved (both via email and phone), I gave up and decided to move myself and my family from the office to another dental office. However, the dental team inside of the office are generally great and very easy to work with. For my personal experience, the scheduling team members sounded over the phone often times frustrated and overwhelmed. I did have one encounter with a scheduling team member who claimed they had too many clients for them to call them all if there was a system cancellation."
