"The reason I gave this place 2 stars is due to the scheduling system. Everytime I call I get told to call back on Monday and when I do, I get the told the same thing. I have NEVER experienced this before and its annoying. Also, you can't switch doctors even if your personal schedule has changed and you're no longer available on the days you used to be available for. I'm switching to a new practice cause this is ridiculous!"
