"They wanted me to make parking arrangements in NYC for a bus we chartered from them. After 2 days of trying to find parking and not knowing the bus specifications I found out you can no longer park a charter bus overnight in Manhattan. When I emailed the owner explaining my dilemma, because it was nowhere stipulated in the contract, he had his charter transportation manager call me and cancel the bus 2 weeks away from our groups departure because she said "they couldn't please us". Everything was perfectly great up until the parking issue. Then they denied canceling the bus on us! Why would they offer me a full refund then??? Thankfully I was able to find a charter bus out of State College but I would NEVER deal with them again!"
