"Terrible customer service Kennedy is very ignorant and has no customer service experience. It is like you are bothering her if you call on the phone or talk to her in the store. Been going there for the last 4 year to maintain my pool will not be going back."

"Seriously the worst pool place.... Growing up we had a pool for 20 years. We used Leslies in the past and they were okay. I now want to install a pool at my own home so I went here. What a joke.... Walked in one day to get pool information and the guy replied with "im too new, come back tomorrow" We came back and asked another guy for pool information who said "come back in may". Uhmmm I want to have it up and running by that time. I then said okay then ill buy today. He proceeded to pull up their website and just show me the pools I already viewed on my phone with no further information.... I asked what kind of filter and pump was included to which he replied, a good one but I recommend getting this pool for a better one. That pool cost way more and he had no explanation as to why... Today I went to do the online chat and get better information. The first person ended the chat after I asked my question. The second could also not answer my question, but they were able to read the description that is posted online. They then gave me the phone number for the pool manufacture which is Wilbar International. Google those reviews and run like hell. We went to Admiral and Clearwater pools, both of those places were very professional and answered all of our questions. Leslies is about as good as walmart is."

"Don’t waste your time. My husband and I looked on their website at above ground pools and had an idea of what we wanted, but wanted to go in store for more detail, such as what filter came in the package, etc. This was our second visit this week, as the first time there was a trainee who wasn’t able to help us, which was fine.Today, we spoke to someone else who was not knowledgeable at all. At first, it was clear that he didn’t want to help us since we’re looking for next year so he told us to come back mid May of next year… we want our pool up by mid May next year. When we said we would be willing to purchase today, he was willing to ‘help’ us. I guess maybe they’re commission based and he didn’t want to be bothered? Not a good way to do business. Anyway, he had no clue what brand of filter came with the pools and all he could do was pull up the stock online, which we told him we already did. We told him the pool we were interested in to get feedback and he didn’t give feedback, instead he recommended another pool that was $1,500 more, which would have been fine if he had information as to why it was better, but all he said was that is came with a better filter, which yet again he didn’t know the brand of. How can you convince someone something is better if you literally have zero knowledge or information?? We went to Clearwater down the road and had a much better experience! Leslie’s is a joke and we will never be back."

"I go here for a water test every couple of weeks. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My pool stays clean with their help. The products are good and more affordable compared to the pool company that installed my pool. The veterans discount is an added bonus of 10 percent."

"Very nice store. It's always clean and the manager, Henry, is friendly. He will put the salt in my car and anything heavy he will walk to my car. He is very knowledgeable about the products that the company sells. He is very honest and will only sell products that I need for my pool. I will only go to the store when Henry is working because he goes above and beyond to help me and makes me feel as if Leslie's was part of my family. He has a lot of patience and makes sure everyone gets the right information about the water test and will help find each chemical that was needed, and he will carry it to the register. I will be a Leslie customer for life because of Henry."
