DRD POOLS

"I had a small pool built by DRD 5 years ago. From the first days of filling it and using it, it leaked. It has leaked now for 5 years and I’m so frustrated, I’m ready to rip it out. DRD has come back twice (in 5 years! I can barely get anybody on the phone!) and both times have repaired something that slowed the leak down for a while, but it speeds right back up. Meanwhile I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds on crazy water bills, the leak is killing the very expensive tree that was planted next to it when it was built, and there’s no end in sight. DO NOT let these guys build or renovate for you."

"I’ve worked for DRD since I was about 17 and I really enjoyed my summers with this company. They are good people who really care about each facility they manage and the communities that those facilities are apart of. I really recommend working for them and having them manage your facility."

"My oldest is a guard & my community uses them. They treat ther guards well. FRD managed our pool refurbishment on time & w/in budget. They suggested bith everything we should do & what wasn't necessary while the concrete was open. Should prevent costly & ugly unexpected repairs in the future."

"They DO NOT SUPERVISE their employees. I used to manage pools over 50 years ago and these guards don't know what to do. I watched them NOT clear the pool during thunder and not clear the baby pool after a bio hazard. No one cleans tiles, no one cleans the dressing rooms and no one corrects children's inappropriate behavior. After their turn in the chair, they sit in the office and play on their phones. I don't trust them to watch my grandchildren and other parents are trusting (?) These jokers to save their kids lives. Not good. And every year it's the same old same old. Nothing changes. I'm searching for another pool to join."
