"Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. But watch out! 1) they automatically add tip when ordering from the kiosk 2) the added tip doesn’t show up on the receipt 3) the service is poor and definitely not worth the tip 4) the food provided doesn’t match the descriptions or pictures. I ordered the nigiri combo B. It said there would be 2 pieces of sushi (each) but there was only one. When I asked, the lady shrugged and said there’s only one. My friend ordered onigiri and the picture on the kiosk showed 3 but only one was provided."

"I never write reviews but this was so overpriced and bad I was compelled to write my first. I was very disappointed once I opened my pike kitchen Thai Special pick up at home and took a bite out of one of the most tasteless pieces of chicken I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I paid $15 for this meal so I was at least expecting the rice to be steamed properly but it was clumpy and very wet. The chicken was sitting in a pool of oil and fat that brought no flavor to the meal. The chicken in a brown sauce that brings zero flavor or spice to the meal. 100% not Thai food, and shouldn’t be labeled as such. The chicken is also dry somehow, despite every thing around it being too wet and oily."

"Pike Kitchen is basically a road side food court. There are many food stalls inside. Your experience depends on what you order here. I only tried Rangoon Ruby and the bubble tea place. Rangoon Ruby is quite tasty. I like their coconut noodles and samosas. The ingredients are very unique and taste different from Thai, Laotian, or Malaysian food. The bubble tea, however, sucked. I ordered Dirty Horchata not paying attention to the Korean guy making it. It was $8 I could have better spent at Yi Fang. I will come back to try other things from Rangoon Ruby but I'm not certain about the other stalls."

"Boy, has this place gone down hill. Full disclosure, the table next to me had a little creepy crawler visit them which completely turned me off. This used to be like a food hall where you could go to each vendor and order food but now there’s one central location (kiosk or register) to order from any of the food stalls, except for the Ruby Rangoon which still takes their own orders. Side note: Ruby Rangoon does not have any crab rangoon. The Bulgogi bibimbop ($15.95) is a decent amount of food but it was so mediocre and lacked flavor. As a sushi lover, I was really looking forward to the On Top tofu pockets, but sadly the missed the mark by a mile. I got the Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon. The outer tofu is sweet and the rice inside is either stale, undercooked, or just really really dry (probably all 3). The fish tasted like it had gone bad sour) and was minced in a way where it looked and felt like mashed potatoes. All around bad. Highly recommend going elsewhere for food. The bubble tea drinks are still quite good and the only redeeming quality of Pike Kitchen. I can’t speak to Ruby Rangoon’s food, but I’m assuming they separate their kitchen from the rest of the food stalls for a reason."

"The location is very convenient. I gave 4 STAR because I ordered the salmon roll which has a lot of skin with it. Other foods are good. Will try other dish soon"
