"I think their food gave me food poisoning. I didn’t feel well after eating a pizza from this location. The pizza was done earlier than expected and checkout was easy and quick. I don’t know think I will be returning to this location ever again. :/ Eating food and getting sick isn’t fun. It was an unfortunate experience."

"I love Pizza Hut& excited for this store. After months, I finally go. I walked in 9/8/23 placed an order at 11:24am with a male employee named Edwin according to the receipt. I don’t know if that was his name because he didn’t have on a name tag. Regardless, I asked the very nice male employee what the specials are and he told me one special. I didn’t want that so proceeded with my own order. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza, and 8 boneless wings ticket #0006. I paid for that order. Meanwhile, I looked online and saw a promotion for wings. I warned the male employee who took my order that I was placing an online order for the wing promotion and I preferred to cancel my wings that I ordered in the store. He says ok and tells the young Hispanic woman with blonde and black hair about the situation I assume. She comes to the front register area with extremely poor body language, she appears to be annoyed, and have an attitude. I hadn’t even spoken to her yet to mention what was going on and she says “we don’t do that!” Confused, I ask her “do what?” She responded saying that “we don’t cancel orders.” Again, confused i respond by asking her “so if I didn’t want my order you can’t cancel it ?” She rolled her eyes and slammed her hand on the counter. I continued saying “you can void my order and refund me.” She continued to appear frustrated. I’m assuming went on the computer to process the voided wings I wanted. And then said “ you can’t even do it anyway, or it’s going to take 5-6 business day to process” I said “ok that’s fine”. The computer printed a receipt. She grabbed it, balled it up, then threw it under the counter before walking away. The store was quiet and I could her in the back. I spoke a little louder so that maybe she could hear me after she walked off that I needed that receipt. No response. Finally, the original man who took my order walked up to me. I informed him I was ready to process my order online but I didn’t know if she had canceled the entire order or just the wings and that she never gave me the receipt. He goes to tell her, returns and says I just need to buy the wings online before they can make them. I press submit on my order. I hear and see it pop up on the online orders screen in the back by the pizza oven/ warmer. Shortly he comes over with my pizza and wings order. I said thank you, I’d still like a receipt for my refund. He proceeds to hand me the receipt for my original order. I tell him I need a receipt for for the refund to make sure it’s processed for my bank. He goes to the back to ask the young woman. She hastily comes back. I tell her the same thing. She mentioned that the receipt she tossed after my refund was the original one and that they don’t do that. I proceed to say that all stores give you a receipt when a refund is due. She says “we aren’t a store, we’re food” then continues saying I need to wait 5 days to get a receipt online because the refund had not processed yet. At this point I’m a little annoyed by this young lady’s demeanor and I ask her for her store manager, she rapidly responds that she is the store manager. I say I need the owners information or corporate. She informed me I could find that online. I asked for her name she says her name is Melissa. I said thank you, collected my food, then realized I needed ranch for my wings. She says it’s .80 and that it doesn’t come with the wings I ordered. I said that you and walked away. If the young lady wearing the black shirt with black and gold hair is the store manager I suggest this store finds a better manager to run this store. Her attitude is disputable and completely unnecessary. All this was over a refund. I never once demeaning, or rude. Maybe customer service isn’t her field or maybe it’s a bad day for her but totally in appropriate. Check the cameras at the front and rewind to see exactly what I’m mentioning here. The Pizza Hut trip turned bad quickly- for no reason. I want to speak to corporate &the manager. I expect my voided wings were voided or I’m disputing this."
"Placed an order with this store. They charged our credit card, then cancelled the order and denied all knowledge of it. Fortunately, we were able to have the credit card company reverse the charge. The CC company did verify this was the store, and we have and filed a fraud report against this particular Pizza Hut."
"This location recently opened and after too much disappointment in the Nicholson Lane location I finally decided to try this place. The refused to deliver due to the other location having reign over my area so I ordered a pizza and breadsticks via ubereats. The pizza was suppose to be half pepperoni but as you see they didn't read the special request on the order. The pepperoni was really nice and crispy and it was delivered still warm and delicious. Though the order was messed up I enjoyed the pizza. The breadsticks were still warm and nicely seasoned, light and fluffy. Though I really just wasn't a fan because I felt like there was no flavor to it. I definitely recommend checking out this new location, it's much better than the others."
