"Im sorry but Dr Ileana Bernal is the worst psychiatrist ever. My child recently aged out and she is no longer taking her as a patient. We have been looking for a new psychiatrist for 6 months now but my child hasn't found anyone she likes. It is very hard to find one my child likes and you would think Bernal would help in the process. She has been absolutely radio silent. Not even providing a list of psychiatrists in the area that take my insurance. My child's pediatrician happily provided a list of doctors for my child but not Ileana. She does not care about your child's well being and mental health, only lining her pockets. Even before my child aged out we had a problem with refilling the prescription and we couldn't get in touch with Ileana for months! My child was off her medication for about 2 months before we were able to get it refilled. The only reason I stayed is because they were the closest in the area that took my insurance. Please go to a different psychiatrist that will care about your child because Ileana Bernal does not care about your children."

"You know when you go into the emergency room you really don't have time to deal with bad attitudes, lazy staff members or uncaring people. Well when we went to the emergency we had the most pleasant experience. It was like hospital valet. We needed two wheelchairs into pushers and they got it at a blink of an eye. Two kiddos with autism and the staff never made us feel like we didn't belong. We had a team of gay and queer and they were not judgmental, extremely professional and seem like they were very happy in doing their job. In fact it was the best ER experience ever. By the grace of God the children had good outcomes. There was no wait and they put us in a room for our comfort and children security at once. Nor the hospital could have the expertise and the care like this one. If I could give 10 Stars they would get it! Everyone was on point even the lady that registered us. You just can't get any better!"

"The kind folks inside being referred to as “scabs” are treating my son with an infection that could of taken his leg to say the least. Welcomed with open arms as our whole family is comfortable.
