"Purchased a tractor back in Dec of 2020, just a small 1025R, not cheap, over $22,000. Part of my deal was, not in writing, but verbal, was that I would be able to buy belts for my X300 tractor at cost. In August when I went to get it, I met the rudest parts person ever. The woman in parts. If that’s how you’re treated, I guess a deal doesn’t matter!!! She was ignorant. When the other parts guy tried to tell her what to do, she ignored him. Won’t ever go back. I’ll find a different dealer for service. Always get all of your deal in writing. I got one belt but no spare. It wasn’t my fault they made a tractor with on belt for deck and motor, letting the consumer test the mower at their expense, 1 or 2 belts per year. Buying a couple belts at cost wasn’t going to break them. It was the deal"

"The experience at this store was absolutely horrendous. When calling this store to request a part, the salesman continually gave me attitude and was extremely disrespectful. When going there to pick up the part, his demeanor became even more hostile and arrogant. This was the worst customer experience I have had. Avoid this place, they obviously do not care about their customers."
