"Those guys have and know there s.it.Questions!They have answers .Sled Heads? This is Your Place!"
"MY GO TO!! Almost always have what I need, and if they don't, they can order and have within a few days!!!! Prices and availability way better than a dealership!!!"
"Go there if you can pick your dirt bike/4 wheeler part from the heaps of other parts in piles, or if you just enjoy wandering around stacks and piles of parts for entertainment. Skip it if you have a street bike - unless you desperately need the warm smile of the woman at the counter and the slight nod of the dog on the floor to brighten your day.."
"Casual and laid back atmosphere. Don’t let it fool you though. These guys know their business and have it down cold. Will continue to buy from them….Parts are parts….,but their service is terrific!"
"We dropped a bike off to have a mirror perch installed for the left mirror (didn't need or ask for any mirrors). Also wanted left rear turn signal extension and shocks adjusted. After 6 weeks of waiting and several phone calls of excuses, we went to pick up the bike only to find that they installed two new mirrors we didn't ask for, a silver perch instead of a black one to match the original equipment (we were told a black one is not available) and both rear turn signals were repaired. Nobody called or notified us prior to performing the unrequested work. Every time we called to check status on bike, they had to check with a different person who was working on the bike. The labor charge was for 2 hours work and we were told by a competitor that it should have only taken 1 hour. They told us they charge for washing hands between all the different employees working on the bike who could not finish the task in one sitting. They also charge you to prepare an itemized invoice. We were also told (after the fact) that the original perch could have been repaired. We would have preferred knowing that and gone that route. It is not possible on this rate and review to leave no star so we leave a one star. Service is poor, customer communication is poor, overall experience is poor. Take your bike somewhere else, this place is a joke."
