"Love it. We have a memebership, car insurance, and renters insurance from them but the only concern I have it really the companies they get to help for towing or gas. There is one company that is extremely nasty and ripped us off and unfortunately I forget there company name. The main one I liked asking for is Herrings there awesome."

"Don't have an emergency if you are near somerset. Local office doesn't feel like picking up the phone. Tried 15 times from 4 different numbers. Gave AAA website address and the dispatched a guy to new york.... hundreds of miles away not even in the right state. Figured let's call the local office.... guess they don't feel like picking up the phone during business hours."
