THE LAWYER SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE INITIATIVE TO EDUCATE THE SECRETARY AND PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WOULD HAVE SHOWED THE CLIENT THAT THE LAWYER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. Very unprofessional; kept my application for over six months, and by the time I decided to change lawyer to someone who actually does work, I had already missed out on a lot of opportunities. The lawyer's negligence cost me time and money. He simply didn’t want to provide me back my information and required me to pay the full price of the contract."
