"What a shady operation. This guy demanded money when we called to inquire about helping a family member avoid foreclosure. He then sent us the wrong address to send the back taxes and now despite us wasting our money our relative may still lose his home, because Jordan can’t be bothered to answer our calls now that he has his money. Thanks for nothing. We’ll be filing a grievance with the bar association."

"There needs to be a NEGATIVE star rating for this (and I use the term loosely) business. They apparently don't know how to return phone calls or communicate effectively. I paid them in full TWO years ago to handle a divorce for me and they've yet to even get me a court date. Trying to get an update on your case or get them on the phone is like pulling teeth. I've called DOZENS of times, left voice messages, etc. They have NO respect for their customers, I guess. Melinda Tell & Marc Jordan are rip off artists and will waste your time. Save yourself from plenty of aggravation, frustration and some homicidal ideations when they play with your money & time by finding another lawyer. Do NOT give them your money! You've been adamantly and vehemently warned !!!!"

"It is interesting to me how the lawyer can respond to my review but when I called was completely disrespectful and rude. Again showing their lack of professionalism by trying to tarnish my name and publicly post my bankruptcy. You can tell by the response that they lack decency. Thank you for proving my point. My finances have nothing to do with my review and the fact that they have decided to include my case number and the name of the companies is a disgrace. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!"

"If I could rate this place a negative I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Law firm!! They are just out to take your money and provide lack luster service. Michael Jordan is extremely ignorant and has horrible customer service skills. They filed my bankruptcy in 2016. At the time of my consultation I specifically asked him if a certain debt would be included to which he assured me it would. Two years later a have a judgement for the debt. When I called him to inquire about what my next steps should be, he yelled at me stating he “did his job” and I would have to pay more money for advice. Mind you, he didn’t even have my file in front of him. He just wanted me off the phone. Before he rudely hung up on me he said he “didn’t have time for this”. Don’t waste your money here. You will regret it!!"

"Basically asked me how did I get their number because they are located in “Columbia “ they don’t come in “Baltimore”! Well my case is in “Baltimore County and I will gladly give my “Green Money” to someone that comes out of COLUMBIA !! Very unprofessional!!"
