"Our stay was good until I went to the front desk to check out. The staff at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not even greet or had a friendly attitude. I'm not sure why such individuals work in hospitality industry without having the basic manners. Very disappointing with the guest services."

"Visited 10/13/23. Appears to be brand new. Stayed in a king suite that has one bed, a separate sitting area with a second TV and desk. Decent storage for folded clothing, but closet is very small. There's the standard mini fridge and Keurig, but I noticed it's not really ADA friendly as cups and microwave are way too high. Hopefully accessible rooms are set up differently. The bathroom is spacious with a nice big walk-in shower and glass door. A small wall partition separates the toilet from the sink/vanity area, which is always appreciated. Its nice that they have provided plenty of outlets in the room, but some of ours didn't work. The plug wouldn't even stay plugged in - fell right out. Finally, you can only enter and exit the facility coming and going south on Rt 100 which is a bit convenient, and there is no traffic light (also lots of truck traffic due to nearby warehouses). Overall it's a nice place and I would recommend it."

"The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had good variety and the best part for my family was the pool with a WATER SLIDE which my youngest daughter loved and the gym next door that my older daughter enjoyed."

"Rooms and hotels were spectacular. Breakfast was good. Staff on the other hand were unprofessional. First night my teens were in the pool no problem. Second night different staff, it was an issue after the waiver was signed for them to be in the pool without an adult. Around 11 was told the patio was closed, while the night before people were out past one. Never seen anywhere posted the patio closed. I guess it was to many off us with color for there liking. Guessing they didn’t think we could afford their establishment and would be destructive."
