"Went there with my family for a nice dinner. I noticed about 30 minutes after we left that I had left my wallet. I called in a panic and was rushed off the phone. When I went there in person I was greeted by employees at the door. They were hesitant to let me in to look for my wallet. There was no concern or urgency. I was made to feel like to was a burden. I was not able to find my wallet. However, minutes after leaving the place, there was activity on my credit card. I will never go there again for the staff was extremely shady and unprofessional."

"The sitdown area of the restaurant was absolutely amazing. It was clean, wonderful the service was amazing and they were really on top of the table service to make sure everything was going great."

"Very nice clean inside. All our meals were very good with exception of the hot tea and tempura ice cream. What they did not do is leave the ice cream in longer to get that nice crispy tempura crust, instead most was soggy. Ruined it. Ice cream itself was good. One thing we noticed is that for $ they don’t give you generous portions as others. I had a delicious dish that ran out of white rice, I asked for extra rice to go with my leftovers, no problem. So they charged $2.00 for a cup of white rice? We live very close to a superior Japanese Sushi restaurant whose portions are larger, much more rice, less $$ overall better , so friendly and are regulars . Never a bad thing to say about them. but wanted to try Jasmine because I heard of a second location opening. Glad we tried was fine but , better places to go."
