"Took my car for state inspection and waited 2 hours and there was only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. They stop doing state inspections at 3 on Saturdays but they took lunch between 1-2 and didn’t say anything to cars waiting"

"I’ve had an oil change done here along with state and emissions inspection. No problems at all. I just waited at the Starbucks next door."

"Visited this station to receive a safety and emissions inspection. I was told by the worker that they would not inspect any cars that had failed previous inspections at another location. I noted that I had no problem paying the full inspection fee for them to start from scratch. He said no. Poor customer service and policies that don’t make sense. I work for a luxury car brand and would not recommend any services performed here."

"Today morning I went to fill up my gas and needed quick assistance from the staff who works at the gas station counter, but he was rude, did not greet, and was unwilling to help. He falsely claimed that anyone who doesn't know how to fill up gas on their own, will lose their license next week according to a new VA law??? I have never heard such nonsense from any gas station. Why work for customer service if you don't want to help customers?"

"Great service from the head mechanic Luis. Extremely friendly and up front with the issues I have with my car so other shops don’t try to take advantage of me, and he PERSONALLY shows me whats wrong with it. I’ve been coming to this shop for years and it has yet to fail me in any way. Whether it be inspections, oil changes, brakes, etc. I have never have issues with the shop, don’t be discouraged by some of the one star reviews, most of those are by cheap customers trying to get the best service for lowball prices, trying to blackball this store. Once again great shop!"
