"Wish they had A Zero stars Option , Hands Down worst place ever, super unprofessional, I called at around 8:30Am and asked if we needed appointments front desk said no said I could come on by and would be quick, I get there at around 9:30am front desk lady gets my info and tells me I have to wait a little I told her that was fine, 2:30 pm I’m finally called back, when I get into the office the lady didn’t even say hi had me sitting there looking dumb talking to someone else, then finally ask what I needed, I told her I needed my taxes done she asked if I was new I told her I had done my taxes with her before, she then says sorry I can’t do them your new i told her I had been there before and she called the front desk lady and told her I told you I didn’t want anyone new , looked at me and said sorry can’t do them, didn’t offer any solutions or offer any help just sorry can’t do nothing and just sat there hands crossed , I have never been so mad in my life I waited almost 6 hrs to be seen just for me not to be serviced, and just looked at me like I was the one in the wrong, someone could have told me ahead of time before I sat in my car for almost 6 hrs, and she could have at least done my taxes, guess she didn’t wanna get paid, acting like she was gonna be doing my taxes for free, and everyone me and my family referred to this place will no longer come here for sureee!!!"
