I did fail the inspection but after getting a new inspection, the inspector realized the odometer on the first state inspection had 7000+ more miles than what my car actually had. "I would like to thank Julio Cuellar for the wonderful service, I live in Germantown and travel to Silver Spring for work- this morning while traveling with my 3 year old in the vehicle the check engine light came on and the car became very sluggish while in a pile of traffic. I was very nervous and worked up – I’m also 6 months pregnant. I pulled in to the Shell station getting prepared to get ripped off as most mechanic I feel would do knowing my scene of panic and distress. Julio calmed me down assured me he would take a look at my vehicle- Rather than giving me a laundry list of things that “needed fix” he was very honest with me and advised the fuel lines just simply needed cleaned and I should use a higher grade gas. I was stunned. $90.00 later I drove off in a smooth ride and with a great feeling that someone truly just helped me out and didn’t take advantage of my situation! He also said to keep him informed if the engine light dose come back on. Thank you so Much Shell @ 100 University Blvd. you have just gained a new customer!"
