"As others have attested, this is the best amenity in Kincaid Forest. The pool has covered tables with chairs and loungers. There is a large pool with a basketball goal and smaller kiddie pool. The clubhouse has bathrooms/washrooms, but no open meeting space. If you need assistive floatation devices or info on swim lessons, the life guards can help."
