"Not sure how the pool or clubhouse is but the little park is lovely. There are 4 regular swings and two bucket swings. It gets nice sun but there is not much shade on hot days (good for catching sun on cooler fall days). There are a few benches near the park area and a couple of picnic tables near the club house and pond. Not busy during school hours during the school year but can get busy after school and during the summer, which is expected."
