MISSION BBQ is a patriotic American restaurant located at 267 Garrisonville Road in Stafford, Virginia. Inspired by the best BBQ flavors from around the country, we are dedicated to serving authentic, mouth-watering all-American food that is done right. Our mission is to honor and support those who protect and serve our communities, including our military, veterans, police, firefighters, and first responders.
Since opening our doors in 2011, MISSION BBQ has donated over $25,000,000 to support vital charities through fundraisers and service projects. We believe in giving back to those who sacrifice so much for us. Our General Manager in Robinson, PA, Jimi, is a true leader who always puts his team first, embodying the spirit of service and selflessness.
One of our inspirations for our mission is Tom Glenn, a former NSA employee who was on the last helicopter out of Saigon during Operation Frequent Wind in 1975. His dedication to duty and service to his country serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by those who protect our freedom.

"We went to Mission BBQ to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. The service was great. We got our food really fast. Our food was really delicious. The best part was Piper (an employee) came over to check on us. She wished my mother-in-law a Happy Birthday. She came back with a hand written card where everyone who worked there signed it. It was so thoughtful and really impressed us. Highly recommend Stafford Mission BBQ!!"

"Our first time visiting a Mission BBQ location and I was pleasantly surprised! They have a lot of variety of meats, sandwiches and sides to choose from. The service was top notch! I really liked the pro military and first responder decor of the restaurant. The food was good. We tried the brisket (lean), the jalapeño cheddar sausage, the chopped brisket sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and the potato salad. My only complaint was with the sliced brisket. It was a little dry, so I probably wouldn’t order the lean cut again. They have six different BBQ sauces on the table to choose from. Personally I liked the Memphis Belle the best. We look forward to eating here again in the future!"
"Love this place! The ribs and moist brisket are to die for. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Someone tipped them off that I was there celebrating graduation from a Marine Corps school and they brought my whole table dessert! Super supportive of vets/military. Five stars would recommend!"
