"I ordered 1 large pizza with Pepperoni and 1 large pizza with Pepperoni and sausage and cheese bread, I happened to be the only one that ate the pizza with the sausage on it and was sick all night long , worst stomach cramps and in the bathroom all night, I thought I was getting a bug, but was fine the next morning. The left over pizza was eat for lunch the next day and my daughter happened to be the only this time to eat the one with sausage on it and she then became sick, . With that said I do believe the sausage was bad. Because everyone that ate the pepperoni pizza was fine. And the ones that had a problem, the cramps and running to the bathroom lasted a few hours. Not good."
"I ordered two different pizza and they sent me both cheese when I called them the lady didn’t help me even she cut the phone when I was talking."
"I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my experience was bad enough to share- We ordered pizza for my family on a Tuesday night. The app said 10-15 minutes and I arrived around 20 minutes after ordering. The guy working told me it would be around 20-25 minutes. Completely off but I understand the que getting backed up! I then waited 25 minutes and went back inside and my order still hadn’t been started. I went back to my car, came out another 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. Overall I waited over 50 minutes past my estimated prepared time which I think is a bit ridiculous. The whole place smells like cigarette smoke and the employees were talking on the phone while 8 people waited impatiently. The lady next to me also reported that her app said “Picked up” around 25 minutes before she actually got her order. It seemed like they were checking in orders early to appear to have a shorter wait time. I can’t verify this but it would explain why the times are so off. Rating 2 Stars because the pizza was still well prepared despite being nearly an hour late . Overall this place needs better management or more employees."
"They need to have a restroom for customers bcz they are by highway its not fare to buy from papa john and use the restroom of the restaurant across the street , The General Manager was very Rude"
