Pizza Hut

"The past two times we ordered from this Pizza Hut, the orders have been made very poorly. Last time they somehow forgot all the toppings except the cheese. I had to drive back to the store and wait for the pizza to be remade. This time they forgot to put cheese on half the pizza and I had to drive back to the store and wait for the pizza to be remade. The remade pizza was rushed and doughy, not consistent with what we normally expect. the store manager was rude and asked what we wanted to do about the pizza that was missing half its cheese. I asked if they could throw in a cheese bread since it took an extra half hour of my time and gas and the manager brushed off the request. I also asked if I could submit a customer satisfaction survey and the manager told me I’d have to search online how to do it."

"The service and atmosphere was decent, but my goodness….the food was horrible. I initially requested personal pan, but quickly changed it to a small pizza, in order to share with my toddler. Grabbed 8 boneless wings for my food allergy teen. When they handed me the pizza, I was stunned by the tiny box and even more shocked when I looked inside. The pizza was laughable for the price. The crust and cheese was incredibly thin. This was an oversized cracker with toppings. The slices were 2x1.5 inches. There “smalls” are no longer the standard size that remember. My daughter also asked me, “why are their wings no longer good?”…she used to rave about them in 2015. Every year or two, I swing back around to give different locations a chance, but I’m always disappointed. PH has declined significantly. If you want good pizza, head to Vinnys on 610 or for good food and a shorter trip, just get subway next door."

"This is my Favorite Pizza Hut. The place is so clean. No rude service. This place deserves a lot of business. The only thing I kinda don't like is how when you ask for extra tomato sauce for a pizza melt it's like a dollar more I think lol but I understand people need to make money. Still can't complain."

"If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered cinnamon twists last night. Took a bite and there was a FALSE LASH in my bread. Threw up immediately after. Called the next day because it was late. All the manager could say was “We can send you another order of cinnamon twists.” I told her I didn’t want a new order, I was pretty disgusted I just wanted to tell her. She also said “I was the only girl working and I don’t wear eyelashes.” It felt like she was implying that I was making it up. Hated the lack of compassion. Will never order from there again."

"Let's just dive in! Online order gone wrong My wife placed it , so I had no idea she had ordered a salad. Walk in, pay the bill+10 tip. I remember looking at the salad bar and noted to myself, not alot of items, and hardly no lettuce in the bowl. Anyways, I get home, my wife ask where's the salad, and of course we call. So this is when it gets interesting, The manager answers, I explain we ordered a salad, and didn't receive it. The manager says that we are supposed to make our own! I explained how I didn't know that, no one mentioned it and even if I had known, they didn't have enough to make one anyways, she says, she will take a look, I say it's 3 feet away from where she is standing, and that's when it became apparent, especially as she told me, she was in the back. This explains it all, the manager isn't even managing. Anyways, 3 stars as the pizza taste great, Thanks Pizza Hut manager girl!"
