"PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE HERE communication on your car is none existent. picked up my Kia k5 2021 from their shop and they forgot to tell me my undercarriage carpet was missing 4 bolts. it came undone on the highway and folded in on its self. For your own good don’t go to a place that doesn’t value your service or your safety."
"This is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle. I have taken my car here for years and it has gone down hill in the last year. They charged for rotating my tires yet when I checked the pressure and the markings I had on them, the tires were not rotated. Recently took it for an inspection, I was told it would be an hour and a half. We're on 3 hrs now and they can't give me an estimate of how much longer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILE HERE."
"I had a great experience at Kia in Robinson! My car was running through coolant quickly and I knew something was definitely wrong. They were the only Kia service dealership where I could get an appointment the week fo Christmas. They were very accommodating when I asked to drop it off two days early with impending weather coming in. Jeremy was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful when we dropped it off. It needed a new catalytic converter, which they had to order, but it did not take long to come in and finish the repair. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. When I picked it up, I was helped quickly and my car was clean inside and out! While this is a drive across the city for me, I would not hesitate at all to return for future service!"
"Worst place I ever experienced as a car owner. The service department is terrible. They never had me in for an appointment, even though I scheduled with someone. When I told them that I couldn't leave my car to be fixed, they didn't seem happy. I asked for the part number for what was needed for repair and was told I couldn't have it?? I was charged for a diagnostic, which was never really given or if was given it wasn't really explained. Asked where the car was and was told in the back lot. I could find it by going through showroom or just walking the lot.I had to search the lot for my car and found it in a back lot where the cars being repaired are parked. They didn't give me my keys and a nice salesman went to retrieve them. However, when he came back, he questioned whether he should be giving them to me?? The service department is jacked up and has no sense of how to treat customers. After reading other reviews , I question if this is because I'm a woman?? I by trade train in customer service and how to use that training to increase revenue and would love the opportunity to ensure that this problem can be rectified."
"I will not be going back. Bought an older Kia from private seller. Went to dealer for oil change. Not only did it take 2 hours despite having an appointment, but they tried to pressure me into spending over 1K on things I didn’t need. When I said I couldn’t spend that much, they tried to get me to do a payment plan. They still upcharged for a couple things without telling me in advance that there would be a charge. They also didn’t believe me when I said I booked online (which means getting a discount). Went to a local mechanic with a reputation for being honest, and he said it was all a racket. Fixed what legitimately needed fixed for a fraction of the price. Looked at all fluids Kia said I needed to change and said they were fine."
