"Our waitress, Alexis, was a sweet, demure young girl who was extremely pleasant and willing to please. She is a perfect representation of a country store and restaurant. I was just a little disappointed with the hash brown casserole which was just a bolus mass as opposed to shredded food which I've had many times in the past."

"We tried to make a reservation online but it only allows you to choose up to 6 people. We had a party of 12, so we called and were told to just come in, that there was no wait. We got there 10 minutes later and it was packed! Told them what had happened and she said they'd have to split us up. We were fine with that if we were close to each other. The manager (I think his name was Ty) came out to assure us they were doing the best they could and the tables were almost ready. We obviously would've preferred sitting together at one big table, but understood their predicament. Maybe changing the online reservation system would've helped with this. But Ty was awesome, very upfront with what was happening. Thank you Ty!"

"It was a great experience overall……. We stopped at this location to have some brunch on our way to get ready for our New Year’s celebration. This place was packed but everyone working at this location were on top of their game. We didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins for a table & the service & food were on point. Service was amazing and very attentive & the food was quite delicious. Overall, everyone was friendly & professional at the same time. Highly recommend this location."

"We haven't been there in a very long time. I had the staple chicken and dumplings, it's just very bland. My son likes his food. Ordered 2 apps, and they never came out. Then she served the meals, was headed to another table and stopped, excused herself from that table, and went to the kitchen. She realized she must have forgotten to put them in. came back to our table and just said, oohh, guess your meal came out before. well, they'll be good for after dinner. Hhmm. And then no discount."

"I have been here many times before. Where staff is extremely friendly, service can be up and down. Holiday weekend may have been a difference maker. Still, I enjoy the food and the occasional conversation from other tables."
