Domino's Pizza,

"This was a terrible Domino's experience for me. Nobody in the store seemed to care about my order. They told me it was coming out. I patiently waited for almost 10 minutes. After realizing my name was erased from the TV screen I asked again about the order and he said "you have to wait 5 more minutes" I asked why and he said with an attitude "I don't know" then someone said my order is over here. I asked "so it's been ready the whole time?" and the employee said "I don't know" with no care or concern about me wasting my time. This store should be retrained on customer service"

"The online website said 38 minutes MAX but instead it took a hour and half for it to get delivered. Once Erica dropped it off it was at the wrong door and cold. I had to then brave the cold and pick it up only to find that Johnathan had made the pan pizza thinner than regular crust. It was extremely soggy and cold, I just wanted to comfort food after my grandfather died only to be disappointed."

"Second time in a row, arrived hour and a half late and only after we called and the rude employee hung up on us when we just wanted to know what the holdup was. Guess we're going to enjoy our cold food now. Would not recommend."

"This place is terrible. I placed an order. The tracker said it was delivered at 1ish pm. I called because it obviously wasn't delivered. The person who answered couldn't be bothered so said to call back later. So I did because I want a refund to order somewhere else. This time the person swore he delivered it to a different house for some reason. Tells me I should check if the neighbors have it, even though he is the delivery guy who doesn't look at numbers on the house. Then, while I am on a conference call, and order arrived. Then, no joking, another order arrived less than a minute later. When I get off my call I check them. One is horribly cold and wet when I paid for a hot meal. I'm guessing they just found the old order at the wrong and brought it over. The hot meal was pretty much all overcooked. I should be getting my money back. This isn't first time having issues with this place but it is definitely my last order with them."
