"I was eating my shrimp tempura roll with my friends at the mall, and I dropped it. I only had 7$ left amd the total came to 7.20$ The sweet cashier gave me the 20 cents off and I wish i could have given her a tip so im writing this review instead."

"I work a late shift close to this location. The first time I came here it was 20 minutes before closing and the staff said they would not serve anymore food for the night and turned me away. The second time, I came from the Bundt cake place next door to get a plastic fork. The man scolded me saying each spoon, fork etc costs 20 cents for him to purchase (from their supplier) and if I wasn't eating there, no silverware. I understand where he was coming from but I felt the staff were very rude to me both times. Won't be coming back"

"I ordered the Tempura California Roll and it was made fresh and tasted delicious. While waiting on my meal everyone on the staff was eating around the food. While eating they were also preparing food and not changing gloves or washing their hands in between. I saw someone bring bread to their mouth and use the same gloves to cook chicken. That is unsanitary please educate your staff on ServSafe policies."

"Not sure what the other reviews are about. I always come here during lunch time. You get so much protein and the food is always good and fresh. The workers are very friendly, fast and professional. I love coming here and will continue coming in the future. Thank you guys! ❤️"

"Not what I expected. The place was smoky and smelled like burnt food, which means the ventilation isn’t cleaned regularly. The cook was pulling triple duty, putting rice and veggies into the containers as well as coming around the counter to put the food he just cooked into bags and handing them off to customers, all while the cashier just stood there looking dumb. I asked for shrimp teriyaki (no sauce), white rice & vegetables. I got a mountain of rice with shrimp looking crazy on top. And then when I told the cashier that he didn’t give me my veggies she went back to the food prep area and touched the veggies with her dirty handling money hands. So now I have to find somewhere else to eat because I’m not eating this garbage. Waste of $10. Won’t be back."
