Either way, we went in and we were immediately greeted by Karl, one of the sales reps. Karl listened and was easy to connect with, right off the bat. It was very helpful knowing Karl owned the exact model I was shopping for, and shared several stories making us feel comfortable in our decision to buy. He was very helpful in the process of trading my vehicle in, and worked with us on making something work within our budget. Doug, another worker, helped run numbers & make us a great deal! We ended up driving out with our brand new XC90, straight from the showroom floor!
